A very lazy and unreliable girl.

This rundown of WS agogo payment method actually makes sense. If the girl don't get one drink to cover anything she probably get nada, zilch, etc. There is no way in San Josea businessman is going to pay a girl for doing nothing.

Ended up paying a little more because I tipped her for good service and a good, fun time. At one point she asked me if I wanted FS upstairs in one of their rooms for 1,500 THB but I declined. If you do decide to go the FS route then try to negotiate, as my sense is they'll settle for 1,000 THB or slightly higher (standard Soi 6 price for what I would characterize as standard Soi 6 girls).

Soi Honey has changed considerably over the past three years, with the changes really accelerating since last year. Starting at Second Road and ending at Soi Buakhow, it used to be lined almost exclusively with massage shops, with just the occasional beer bar or hotel thrown into the mix. Although there are still a considerable number of massage shops on the soi, many of these shops have been converted, for economic reasons, to bars (primarily due to rising rents, I have been told). Visiting Pattaya, as I do most weekends, I've made it my mission to explore these newer bars.

Lips Lounge is one of these relatively new places, having just opened in February. In walking past, I would not have given it a second thought or a second glance were I not in possession of one key fact: Ricky. Yes, that Ricky from LK Metro, the one who managed to turn a small go-go called Pandora's into a veritable institution (a label that, unfortunately, no longer applies since its ownership change last year). Ricky's latest venture is Lips Lounge, which seems to be a GC / go-go hybrid (for lack of a better term). It opens at 1 pm as a closed bar / GC and at 7 pm switches into a go-go (during Songkran, it was closed during the day and opened only as a go-go at 7 pm, likely due to staffing issues).

Arriving at about 7:30 pm I was the only customer in the place, and there were about 5-6 girls, one Mamasan, one cashier, and one server. Not much happening on stage yet but I figured Ricky's business model would have me covered regardless so I just grabbed a seat and ordered a drink. After sipping my beer for a while and chatting with Mamasan, I developed my short list and then called over the two finalists to join me for a drink. Drink prices were quite standard for a club of this nature (I think 80 THB for a beer and 150 THB for a lady drink). I enjoyed the usual banter with my two new friends and, when it came time to order another drink, made my final selection and sent one of the girls packing. Game on.

My finalist was all too happy with my hands-on approach and her clothes gradually came off. After rubbing my crotch she began to unzip my shorts. (In my case, this type of thing was an "acquired taste" after a few trips to Pandora's in which it seemed all the other guys were enjoying themselves even more than I was. I was drinking and having fun with two big-titted MILFs when all of a sudden they got tired of waiting for me to ask and just kind of "got down to business". Their straightforward approach definitely helped me overcome any residual reservations. After that, I was hooked!

So, if you previously enjoyed Pandora's, or you're just curious and think you might like to try the house specialty, then I urge you to visit Lips Lounge on Soi Honey. Best to wear looser-fitting pants / shorts that slide off and on easily 😉.

Tldr: lots of newer bars on Soi Honey and former Pandora's go-go owner has opened a new place there with the same "hands-on" philosophy; drinks prices quite reasonable; quality of staff: good, but not outstanding (more like Soi 6 quality); atmosphere quite fun, which made the value for money decent overall. Will definitely repeat.
