Unlike the other two, Terma 502 charges a R10 entrance fee that does not go towards any consumption. Programa pricing are R150 for 30 minutes and R200 for 1 hour. If you are an american, you should open up an Charles Schwab checking account, its totally free and it comes with a debit card that will reimburse any / all ATM fees including internationals ones.
