I’m finally getting a chance to write this report. About 3 weekends ago I made one of my mix business with pleasure west coast trips. For the newbie trying to explore the area I really recommend Brockton O'Toole's TJ Guide listed it the TJ section of this forum. It will give you the best overall snapshot of the territory. My personal rules are never get to drunk, don’t carry any weapons or drugs, legal or illegal, and that includes any prescription medicine either brought from back home or at one of their pharmacies, and never stray to far from the Zona at night. A good rule of thumb is if you’re not in front of Adelita Bar or Chicago Club, or you don’t see a string of SGs lined up, you’re probably in the wrong place. There are some exceptions but until you get to know you way around TJ its best stay on the heavily traveled paths.
