After seeing them, I lost an interest in getting B2B, took HJ +ta for 1 k after much bargaining. But not worth for anything more.

I paid 2 k as counter charge for single person.

I realised my mistake that I trusted a newbie post while I felt Pune forum was going in good flow & everyone generously sharing the info. So lessen learnt & move on.

Regarding counter charges, we were shown a menu having charges from 1500 to 3500. That menu book was the only best thing of the spa.

Counter girl did all the marketing tactics & tried to sell us by ensuring that they have best girls, best service & we are certainly coming back.

Still opted lowest one & bargained to reduce more 200 bucks.

Inside the room, girl didn't know or even care what we opted for.

So if we take plunge with such non reputed spas or the one who are more focused on extras, we can alaways bargain on the counter charge. Even in another city I pay least counter charge just for dry massage & inside, try to bargain with girl if she can provide deep tissue for 200 extra.

I usually don't write such FRs whose whereabouts I can't exchange with other mongers! Soon the solo act began on that narrow massage bunker until she needed a break when the other skinny joined for 3 some!! Such stories are unbelievable in a spa, a rare event, should not be expected in a spa any where every time hence cannot be shared!! No spa owner can allow this since at the cost of his valet babes will start growing rich while all the overhead taxes, LE compliance, upkeep, rent cost will reduce owner to a pauper!

Hey guys, is anyone aware of a new den in Baner area opposite hotel Mahableshwar, I've happed to see a few known profile's coming out of a gated apartment. Seem a lot's happening there. Any clue's?

I get messages from a profile that shows up as spa club. What's on offer are local girls from Delhi, Bombay, Goa, Calcutta. When asked if it's a genuine spa they point to 5 star spa on JD. But reviews there are quite old. Refuses to pick calls but chats on whatsapp & encourages to visit & talk about services. Quite fishy. But if anyone has given it a go please enlighten us.

When coming out from Spa, found someone threatening the counter girl on the call and asking money. Didn't take more than few seconds to understand that LE talking from other side.

LE seems to be super active, they ask for money and if the operator doesn't pay then one of them will come as client just to record the evidence before the raid.

They cannot take any legal action against you or your contact trace until they catch you red handed, but they can threaten just to get some money. So, better to avoid for sometime.
