Sorry to interrupt you, but what has RBI got to do with illegal fraud payments to an indie?

Went to IT hub of Pune city. The spa is extra ordinary happiness (synonym Hindi to English). Reach around 7:30 pm and had taken appointment for 8 pm. Was the last person for appointment.
