Penthouse for sure. No stag problem here, book a nice bottle, comes with a table with you can even have people guarding your table making you look important and from there conversations start.

Westin and Marriott Suites. MS has a private club called Blak by Sunburn, exclusive for members or people staying in MS. So stags might be a problem.
