IMHO, IC is experienced and traveled on all the highways. His FR's always says HE has extended the due respect and care to every WG. Even I had same experiance few months back. I guess in June / July. She didn't bothered to reply calls after confirming that meeting will take place with rates and that I am suppose to call her on the the day few hours before the action. And on the Day when I had planned everything at work place and house this lady doesn't botheres to answer calls or even sms.
