You are right. Pune is expensive as compared to other cities in mongering, but I think if we explore a bit and bargain we can get better deals here too. Moreover, Lucknow, Guwahati etc are tier 2 cities, while Pune is tier1 city and every thing is bit more expensive here as compared to tier 2 cities, like real estate. Having said that, there was a great time around 5-6 years ago, when I had struck gold in some spas.
