South Korea is a rich country with much more prosperous population and as such don't have a mongering scene.

As far as I know, there are only a few red light areas and even those will cost you a lot.

South Korean men themselves go to Singapore, Thailand and Phillipines for their mongering activities.

I wouldn't' recommend for desis. Just my 2 c. I have never been there but here in Oz some Korean ladies mention 'no Indians' in their ads and no it's not like Indians are cheap charlie in Oz.

Someone who has punted there can perhaps chime in. BTW, most Koreans are plastic. I much prefer SE Asians or Chinese.
