I still see 4-5 of them congregating on Soi 4, from the closed Dynasty Inn to the Soi 6 intersection, usually from 8pm until bars close, 1am-2am, maybe later.

Or at least I did as recently as a few nights ago.

For a while there was a new tallish slim one that actually looked well proportioned and fairly doable. She showed up on Sukhumvit every now and then too. But I don't recall seeing her around for a couple of weeks at least.

The back pictures have nothing to do with anything she actually said "pictures in room only". I think the bar girl told the staff I took pictures of her in the gogo or something which is actually against the rules its 100% allowed to take pictures of a girl outside the agogo.

IRT "you in their territory" A regular customer is worth more then the bar girl in covid times. Many bar girls few customers. It's a buyers market and a good customer should be treated with respect hence why when I returned I was giving my money no problem.
So she was a scammer because she couldn't be trusted with your BBFS negotiation.

You really want to trust your health to BBFS with someone like that?

Opening up your own blood supply and mucous membranes to someone who isn't reputable seems like Russian Roulette. For all you know, she could have gone along with BBFS and you'd discover an infection that could be fatal. You wouldn't have gotten your $20 barfine back, plus expensive and painful medical situations and potentially death. Worth it? Scary to me.

I have done this calculation at least a dozen times, and always end up in the same place. In summary:

The apartment rent you settle on x 2 + companionship (ladies) = a reasonable monthly budget.

This does not include health insurance or excessive nightly drinking at pubs and clubs. Companionship costs vary by individual depending on frequency and price point.

You do realise Spring and Juneyao while both budget airlines are the only direct flight airlines sold on Trip.com (the chinese expedia / kayak site) from Shanghai to Bangkok in these COVID days.

The flights are around 1300 eur one way flight and 1800 eur (2130 USD) return flight for a 4-5H flight in normal budget economy seats which is about triple the price of a business return ticket on a commercial airline from Shanghai to Bangkok prior to covid and 10 times the price of an economy class ticket.

Perusing my medical journals this morning.

Been known for quite awhile; regular mouthwash renders c29 inactive.

Now you know why Thai girls always use a Rinse before rendering oral services. LOL.

Where do the African working women congregate?

They are all chartered flights. It was probably just the company that arranged to fly there... and bribed the right people on both sides of the border

I only have to go into work once a month and I think I can get the next few months off. I take online university classes as well though and I am slightly worried about the distractions.

Either way any advice or ballpark figures on cost of living for three months? I am looking at apartments in the Sukhumvit area close to the BTS. I need reliable internet for my classes so any recommendations on that would be appreciated. I know my money would be better off waiting till they reopen but who the fuck knows when that is. I want to take advantage of this online workplace stuff while I can.

If I can pull this off you will hear plenty of stories, no more sob stuff about how covid has killed things.
Your wasting your time and money. But if you decide to do it, you can get a nice place and live like a king on the BTS for $1200 a month. Add your mongering costs to that. Make sure you stay away for the central biz areas.

I walk past Thermae almost nightly, often around the 8pm-10pm hours. I rarely see more than 4-5 sullen looking girls in the 7 to 7.5 level range standing near the stairs waiting for it to open. A few times I have walked down, opened the door and never saw more than 10-12 girls in the place, maybe 2 old Asian guys sitting behind the center bar staring at their drink. Once I looked in at about 9pm and did not see one person in there except the drink servers and bartenders.

I have not seen any real lookers in or outside Thermae for weeks. There was a brief period where a few of them would stand outside since there was a greater chance of encountering a stray customer outside. But I have not seen that in a while. Not even on clear, cool evenings when it doesn't rain.

Maybe someone else has popped in and seen it crowded or worth the time lately.

The last time I walked down Thaniya Road was about a month ago. I think a couple of karaoke places were open with older looking girls than usual sitting outside. But there was nothing particularly notable about it that I can recall. Patpong 1 and 2 were dark and nearly deserted. Can't remember what night of the week it was though. Maybe that makes a big difference.

    But I didn't.
