Arrived safe back from Mumbai, although regretfully not having time to meet any ladies .

However, asked at the frontdesk of Marriott if any problems to bring a visitor during night-time, and got the reply that "not checking", with a big smile on the guys face.

BTW - paid usd.125 + taxes per night, breakfast included.

Managed to visit a small dancing-place further down the street from Marriott (to the right after leaving the hotel). A place called "Midnight". About 10-15 girls dancing in sari, asking 10INR's or more. You could sit around the wall only. Tried to pick up a girl, by making discrete gesture if she would leave together with me. One guy told me that some of the girls were available, and asked me to talk to the manager. Regretfully, another guy was riding along in our car, hence I could not ruin my "reputation" in front of him, so I did not follow up with the manager.

I am sorry that I can not provide more positive input from my visit.

The Marriott hotel was a very nice hotel, only 7 months old, I was told.

!20 days at marriott - wow that must cost a pretty penny. I stayed at the Juhu hotel a little down the road which was nice and not that expensive.

I am a regular guest at the JW Marriott (120 nights so far this year), so perhaps I can shed some light on the situation at the hotel.

The official stance is that you cannot bring girls to your room. If the girl is well dressed, clean, and looks like she has money you probably won't have any problems bringing her to your room. If you are bringing her through the lobby though, I would recommend you walk downstairs from there as though you are going to Enigma... you can then jump into the LL lifts and go up to your room.

The best option is to bring them in through the convention centre area (lower entrance). If there is not a function there, there will be no staff in that area other than busboys and the like who will not cause you any trouble. You can walk down the corridor from there to the LL lifts and take her up from there.

if you are staying at the marriott on juhu tara road, then just wlak for a quarter mile to the left and to the right of marriott after 7 pm. you will see the girls in three wheelers. negotiate charges up front and the charges for the 3 wheeler driver. the 3 wheeler driver will typically charge 100 to 150 rupees (100 rupees should be enough).

the girls may say 2000 to 4000 rupees, but you can get for 15000 rupees for two hours.

now about marriot, i do not know if they allow you to take the girl in with you to the room. i would like to know.

Stay the HELL away from the "cages" of Kamitpura. These girls carry some form of a disease, ex. AIDS,VD, Tuberculosis,Hepatitis, etc. I would recommend you cough up some money, ex. $100, and find a broker, usually a 3-wheeler driver who know of upscale girls or check out the escort agenicies for Mumbai given in Indiasexguide.com. Please tell us of your experiences, both good nd bad!

I am coming to Mumbai for the first time in November. In my India guidebook there is a reference to "the infamous red-light district of Kamathipura". Is this a place where a western tourist can/would want to go? Staying at West End hotel.

What matters to me more than anything, even looks, is avoiding the feeling that I am getting ripped off. Any suggestions for where I can find a woman who will just go about her business and not play games?

No pimps atleast i notieced. This lane has only two brothel buildings. U be sure that u are entering the closed building with A/C, other one one is worthless. It's a very decent lace with with some prestegious educational trust building next to the girls building. The manager at this place is mahesh i think, a very young guy, very friendly and informs u prior to the 'seeing' of the girls that if u don't meet ya choice, u can leave the place with out any problem. Rates 600 & above ST, 1100 above for LT, and over night is 3000 and above including girl+decent hotel near by arranged by them only. U can take the girls to your place also.

Congress house is very near to this place, ask for Kannady bridge, down below the bridge u can spot lots of hookers and pimps, here u gtta be careful, but worth a visit, good veriety of babes, actions starts as early as 4PM. Rate are a bit high if u fancy a model type girl.

Basically Andhery and Bandra are very costly places for budget cautious pussy punters. If your pockets are deep enough, any taxi driver can steer u around as there are many places. If u want any contact nos. go to VT railway stn, take a walk towards fountain, on the right side there are lot of south indian guys selling CDs, pornography books etc, ask one of them for mumbai brothels tele contact book let and start hunting.

Yes the escorts services are ok, but big bugs, starts at 3-4K min. I have a lot of mobile nos. if interested give ya e-mail ID can send them directly. I can't put them on board.

There are many places in mumbai, just one of them is that navelkar street one. Get grant road area, ask any taxi fellow to take u to Prarthana Samaj Road and once you are there u have to look for Navalker street, it is a small lane on main road get in to the lane. when u walk one side of the lane is closed, only one side u have buildings. Just watch carefully u will not miss it as the lane has only few buildings. There u have mind blowing collection of 30 girls, mostly ok, peak time is 6-10 PM. Have a nice time. Or ask your taxi driver to take u to congress house, which is again a prime pussy location. Rates are higher around 1000 bugs per shot, eaasy to locate.

If u can go to suburbs, go to chembur there are lots of bars with a fecility to spend some time with the girls at a reasonable rate, one omong them is WWF, recently it was closed due to raids, but now functional. Try out, u will not be disappointed. Bset of luck.
