this is just to congratulate you on writing a fine report. being originally from india, i come here at times to read stuff (based on my short experience, calcutta is the best while delhi can be almost scary) and i thought both your writing style and content were standout. my pet peeve of course is that i cannot believe how we pay first world prices without the quality and the safety. it is scary. again, kudos!
