As far as I read, don't consume these for a period of time. Give them a break. It has its own side effects if consumed in excess over a period of time.

Start and stop them. How about consulting an ayurvedic doc and asking if you can switch something like shilajit for some time, ashwagand for some time and so on.

In moderation, it is good. Just these shilajit or ashwagandha may not helo. They should be supplemented by healthy habits.

Excercise, Hit workouts, fruits like pomegranate, leafy veggies and so on. Focus on diet, workouts, have one steady relationship, practice edging and other techniques.

Multiple partners might give some sort if kick. But, in the long run, a steady relationship with someone whom you connect with, can be more blissful. Obviously chances are less for males, but if you are in age, give it a shot.

Ayurved, or whatever, consult an expert before you pick that dose. You don't have to put stress on your kidneys and other organs for a few minutes of pleasure, and we don't have to or we are not obliged to let her climax especially if is paid sex.

The max she will do is fake it, as she might have had enough. So don't stress about it, unless it bothers you. Its all in our brain.

I knew that there was PEP to prevent HIV. But was not aware that the same kind of medicine exists to prevent all STDs. That is truly an amazing news. Will it prevent herpes also?

A big caution to everyone.

These type of Ayurvedic product contains sildenafil in 90 % cases. The manufacturers of so called stamina incresing auyrvedic products or Baidya who prepares the product just mixes sildenafil in the formulation.

This is tested and proven. There are lots of cases against such manufacturer from the regulator.

Same is the case for ayurveda medicines for Asthma and Allergy. Lots of them are mixed with steroid. Tested and proven.

At the end you are just paying 4-5 times just for sildenafil and maybe some other herb but the main active ingredient is sildenafil. Better take sildenafil knowingly as you will know exact dose you have taken and the quality of the medicine. But in otherwise you don't what dose you are taking and what quality of sildenafil tab (probably the cheapest in the market) they are using.

Finally got time to write post after a long time.

I have been using Philips BG1025/15 body trimmer which is a no-fuss trimmer for complete body use including groin. I typically use it to trim my balls and then shave for a smoother feel. Else if I feel lazy I just leave it trimmed.
