So definitely go do the STD Panel test at any lab. Check for HIV, HepB, Gonorrhea, Syphylis as mandatory tests in the panel.

I was wondering about the prevalence of STI / STDs amongst ISG mongers. Presumably, protected sex is the norm (there may be a few exceptions). But then, there is significant physical contact, whether it's with a WG or be it B2Bwith a masseuse. Further, one cannot always be sure to keep hands away from own sensitive parts after a round of fingering and things like that.

Long story short, I never had a GF so I happened to stumble upon MR and I got some contacts from Mumbai.

I think this is mostly a mental issue. Be relaxed. Avoid anxiety. If no improvement meet an andrologist. You can search online for one. He will usually do some tests to see if this is a physical issue.

Taking some dietary supplements (like some vitamin / mineral tablets) or medicines like slidenafil could improve the situation too.

The sore throat is not really a symptom. HIV will take a while to show up in your blood, be sure to make an appointment in a few months to check. Get an STD check. That's the one thing that you've been exposed to, more than HIV.
