At the airports, offices.
It's better to be careful, especially when you plan go go all out, all in. The reason I prefer the long time encounter in which I will insist on taking a bath before beginning, preferably together Helps on many fronts, hygiene wise and also loosen's them up a lot. Most STD are stubborn and nasty, take it like what covid precautions were in way. You had to take all the precautions just to satisfy yourself that at least you did everything you could to protect yourself. But in the end it actually didn't matter much to the virus, it was more of a matter of chance and some what, the immunity. You never know what they might have contacted while attending to multiple clients daily, is it so worth increasing the alt a day present long list of risks, that would be our individual choice.
In short be cautious, and insist on safe and clean practice. Don't ever compromise that. Johny will have to understand that time. As I told someone else in another post, if in doubt. Just take off, run away ASAP.
Peace all.

Cost is around 2200 - 2600/- INR, which is for one month course. Don't know if smaller pack sizes are available.

Thing to remember, it lowers the chance. "LOWERS", is the main point. It does not eliminate the chances of contracting viral disease, still some sort of protection is always better than none. So mate, play safe and when in doubt, just run away. Cheers and best of luck with your expedition.

Posts: 68Need Suggestions from Experienced and Senior Member regarding PrEP
Hello.
I'm planning a sex trip in Kolkata. From Sonagachi to SP, MP, CIS, Afro, every type of girls / women I am planning to try. Definitely I will use condom. I'm also thinking to start PrEP before this sex adventure. So I'm looking for suggestions from senior and experienced brother.
Which medicine should I take? And what would be the course / duration of taking / starting PrEP Pill?
Suppose I will start my sex trip on 20th May and continue till 23rd May. When I will start taking medicine and how long I have to continue that medicine?
(My PM is also active. Any suggestions in my inbox will also be appreciated.)

You may search all these disease. IMO almost all are curable with medicines or go away on their own. I don't think its wise to limit oneself in this case. Han, in any case. for penetrative sex, glove always. Better, talk to any infectious disease or gynac and get HPV shots.
Ex: Typhoid like ones may require hospital stay for a day or 2. But once you get it, you are protected for life. Also, you may get typhoid with street foods so where all will you limit to enjoy life? Plus, there are vaccines.
Google says Hepatitis A clears up on its own in one or two months. (Use your brain / talk to a doctor, someone who may take a big fee but gives sufficient time to clear ALL the doubts).
Also, have some hygiene rules: Keep a mouthwash and swish yourself and the girl before and after the acts. Have both wash all the bottoms properly.
This is a good guide I came across: https://markmanson.net/std-guide.
Rest enjoy. Peace.

Posts: 155Has this ever happened to you?
As I get ready for my upcoming Delhi trip, I was reflecting on lessons learned from my last trip. I had a service oriented provider visit my hotel room. Nothing unusual and we had fun doing bedroom calisthenics. However, a couple of days later, I developed stomach problem and endured a nasty about of diarrhea requiring multiple tests and two weeks on antibiotics, followed by another two weeks on anti-amoeba capsules. That was the first time and not fun at all. Now you might be asking: how is this related to mongering? When I was pumping her doggie style, her backside looked so delicious prompting me to dive all in to eat her ass and pussy. I didn't care whether it was DATY or DATO. I was switching back and forth. Her pussy and ass looked clean and no smell. But my theory is that I picked up a fecal material from rimming her. My doctor said the parasite I picked up from Delhi was transferred through ingesting fecal material. Now, how the hell do I avoid this in my next trip? Has this ever happened to you?
On a related matter, I feel bad for the spa girls who eat strangers O everyday. We expect that, don't we?

Purchase a viropil through top medicalshops. Or through online medicine. Whichever is available ASAP. That is PEP. Most effective when taken before 72 hrs. Daily 1 tablet for 28 days. Try to use at the same time. Don't miss the medication any day.
If you miss it will become ineffecive.

Best option is to visit a civil hospital in your vicinity and get same prescribed.
As your body weight current prescriptions effect the potency or capacity of medication it comes in pill and as a shot for this one to one interaction is important.
A civil hospital duty doc sees approximately 60-70 patients a day.
Remembering a face or case is next to impossible apart from confidentiality.
Don't a shot of the same from your chemist friend under circumstances.
any healthcare may prescribe the same a specialist is not required.
But timeline of 72 hours is important to be followed.

Bros, issue with HIV infection is how the society treats such people. Then the lifelong medicines, AIDS etc come into picture. Go to any nearby hospital and see either internal medicine or infectious disease specialist and get prescribed for HIV PEP. I had seen this doctor: http://bit.ly/ids_doc (Will remove the link after some days as it is not apt to post publicly but just as a goodwill.).
If you visit any doctor who does not prescribe (as had happened with me!) , Forget the doctor and money as a wastage and see another doc.
And please, NO BAREBACK EVER WITH ANY WG or MP Therapist. "Bimaari na lena na dena" (Translate: Neither should we take nor should we give the disease).
Forget every other religion for next 28-30 days, just take the pill (s) as prescribed by the doctor in the same time daily. I was prescribed TLD. But better to talk to doc once!
I guess you can start PEP even after 72 hours although opinions vary whether they will work or not, but why not give a chance.

I had my first mongering experience at a spa. It was decided that she will give me handjob with total access. I got carried away and sucked her nipples and tried to finger her which was dry. Then she proceeded to give me handjob. As its my first experience I am tensed and thinking whether I will contract any disease. Please guide me.
Sorry for a noob question but its eating away my peace of mind.

Check for any abnormalities ie fever redness itching warts (cauliflower like growth) or discharge from p.
It takes 3-4 days for fully blown symptoms to appear.
If anything out of ordinary is observed then get it checked and treated by urologist.
A pep course can be started for complete peace of mind but it should happen within 72 hrs post that don't do pep.
