Best talk to a sexologist. They are mostly urologist / psychiatrist in allopathy or a good ayurvedic physician (in case of Bangalore or a proper one with bams degree). Trust me it helps a lot. Plus, a worth investment for overall health.

Can anyone suggest some xl size condoms which are not costly. Whatever I came across are very expensive. Most of over the counter condoms don't fit me well and too damn tight. I guess that's why condom breaking has been a regular incident with me. In the past two month itself with different wg s including couple of foreign birds, at least 10 times condom broke and ended up giving a cream pie. This has made me very nervous. Please suggest what can be done to avoid condom breaking. It's difficult to carry water based lube with me as I am married and this can raise many questions if found.

Posts: 355If by action you mean PEP course for HIV prevention then yes only if condom broke or blood contact. But my recommendation to everyone who is having multiple partners and whose health status is unknown to have a full std panel test every year.

Posts: 104Concern about vaccination and Prep
Namaste Members / Seniors.
I have a curiosity. Are some / most of you vaccinated against HPV? Or, just going Covered, that's it?
Plus, is it possible to avoid every fluid contact? I mean we finger the lady, then finger can touch any other part of body where we may lick later. Plus, I may like to kiss the girl.
Any insights would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Posts: 355There's a very low possibility of getting sti this way. However for anyone active in this lifestyle it's recommended to have a full std panel check once a year irrespective of whether you have any symptoms or not. You can skip herpes test incase you don't have any symptoms as if you get herpes you won't be able to do anything about it. You have to live with it. So if you don't have any symptoms it will just add stress to your life. However for other stds like gonorrhoea, chlamydia it's better to catch early incase you don't have any symptoms. At the end as long as this particular incident is considered I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Posts: 3551. Unprotected sex should never be practised unless you are 100% aware of the other person's health status. Period. Doesn't matter what statistics say.
2. If you feel you have been exposed to HIV always go for PEP within first 72 hours of getting exposed. Again doesn't matter what statistics says. It's true that getting HIV even after vaginal sex with a HIV+ patient is very low, but you don't know when bad luck will knock your door. So always practice safe sex.
Consider this situation. You get infected by a sti like gonorrhoea or chlamydia and don't get any symptoms. Yes it's true. Just like herpes you can have gonorrhoea and chlamydia and yet don't have any symptoms. Now you pass that to your wife or girlfriend unknowingly and they get infected and have symptoms. On investigation it will come back to you who infected her. Think about the consequences. So better practice safe sex than being sorry later.
