Is there a particular way to inject or just jab it into your arm and be done with it?

Gardasil is injected intramascularly. Which is same as covid vaccines. I got a jab in the arm. It can also be taken in the thigh. An adult person needs to take 3 shots (0 month, 2 month and 6 month).

1. I would suggest to meet an Andrologist and Urologist. Andrologist would try to ascertain whether PE is psychological and or physiological. Based on his / her diagnosis, the doctor will refer to a sexologist, if needed.

2. Regarding Phimosis, again, Andrologist or Urologist would try to understand whether you need circumcision or frenuloplasty based on the extent to which prepuce can be retracted. Have you tried applying tropical corticosteroid like Hydrocortisone?

3. I would suggest a physical examination and consultation than an online consultation.

If it is phimosis, try to explore the option of circumcision. You would not regret for it.

Frds is there any thing which we can eat from normal kitchen grocery for delaying ejeculation. I get good erection but cums too fast in first shot. Second shot is always good. Fap half an hour or so before you take the real shot. This should delay the first shot just like it happens with second shot which lasts longer because of refraction period.

Its not a shame for me to admit but for past 1 year I am having a big problem of PE but not ED. I get erected normally. I am 35 now. I tried seeking out to a doctor via Practo but all that he suggested are common medicines. I am from KOLKATA.

I want to know if anyone had the same problem and any doctor in Kolkata (Ayurvedic / Allopathy / Homeopathy) which solved the problem. I don't want to be dependent on the medcines for lifetime.

Okay, so about the PE, have sex everyday or atleast have a massage and a handjob. ANd once you're done having sex, wait for a bit and try having sex again. This will get you used to sex which means you will stop getting excited soon and start fucking longer. Stop masturbating.

About phimosis, you can either stretch your foreskin in the shower (hold the tip of your foreskin, pull it till you can feel some slight discomfort and hold it for 30 seconds. Do the same for rest of the tips of the foreskin as well. This is a slow process but works (it worked for me). Otherwise frenuloplasty if the best method. You will recover in one month.

I have been vaccinated for HPV by buying Gardasil from pharm easy in India. Prescription is mandatory but there is a free online prescription generation feature also where your prescription is generated after a call with a doctor and you just have to bull shit the doctor on call. I am not even sure if the person on call was a doctor indeed. So all in all it was easy to get the vaccine delivered at home. I was also able to purchase the vaccine from a medical store but it was expensive comapred to online prices.

Additionally I have also consulted a urologist about HPV vaccine and wether I should get it but the consultation was not helpful as he started explaining other STDs and how I should avoid sex with multiple partners. Then later he started giving religious reasons for the same. He did not have the vaccine and said he had never given the vaccine to anyone.

Then I discussed it with a gynecologist and she said that it is absolutely fine to get HPV vaccine even if age is greater than 16 years which is the ideal time to be vaccinated for both males and females. This is also fairly common in India for gynecologist to give HPV vaccine to women even as old as 55 years of age.

Generally no gal will carry or give HIV report before or after session. Have you got HIV report from any gal before that. What kind of symptoms you are facing? Have you done the penetration without rubber or you only BJ has been done without condom?
