Do the same for rest of the tips of the foreskin as well. This is a slow process but works (it worked for me). Otherwise frenuloplasty if the best method. You will recover in one month.

Frds is there any thing which we can eat from normal kitchen grocery for delaying ejeculation. I get good erection but cums too fast in first shot. Second shot is always good. But is there anything for first shot. Don't want to take medicine which gives side effects in long term. Already taking dabur shilajit gold.
Please suggest.

1. I would suggest to meet an Andrologist and Urologist. Andrologist would try to ascertain whether PE is psychological and or physiological. Based on his / her diagnosis, the doctor will refer to a sexologist, if needed.
2. Regarding Phimosis, again, Andrologist or Urologist would try to understand whether you need circumcision or frenuloplasty based on the extent to which prepuce can be retracted. Have you tried applying tropical corticosteroid like Hydrocortisone?
3. I would suggest a physical examination and consultation than an online consultation.
PS: This is not a medical advice.

Hi Guys,
Its not a shame for me to admit but for past 1 year I am having a big problem of PE but not ED. I get erected normally. I am 35 now. I tried seeking out to a doctor via Practo but all that he suggested are common medicines. I am from KOLKATA.
I want to know if anyone had the same problem and any doctor in Kolkata (Ayurvedic / Allopathy / Homeopathy) which solved the problem. I don't want to be dependent on the medcines for lifetime.
Also, I have Phimosis, as per the read the foums. When I am erected, my Foreskin hardly retracts back, I feel its too tight. I tried lubricating gel but no effects.
Kindly PM if you don't want to reveal it in this public forum.
Regards.
AD.

Posts: 577Just chill bro. As per some posts in Sexual Wellness thread, the chances of getting HIV is quite less from a random encounter. Although I take the necessary precautions, sometimes you need to let the snake out of the bag, to feel the beautiful holes it wishes to enter.
One such occasion was yesterday, celebrated the new year with a bareback session with a spa chick and today chilling with beer in hand. Hell I had bare session with a thai chick I picked from beach road in pattaya! I did check for any telltale signs of diseased pussy before both encounters. To be honest, sometimes I regret rejecting the bareback offers from pretty ladies in past just for the fear of infections!
As for the HIV report, do they really share such report before meetings. I have never experienced it!

Generally no gal will carry or give HIV report before or after session. Have you got HIV report from any gal before that. What kind of symptoms you are facing? Have you done the penetration without rubber or you only BJ has been done without condom?

Tried this girl in Pune. She is very rude and doesn't communicate properly. She shared fake photos. She was 0% matching with the photos she sent. She asked to pay at the start once we entered the hotel room. Even though I forgot to ask for her HIV report before meeting, she denied sharing it after meeting. Now I am showing symptoms and worried too. She denied BJ with condom which wasn't conveyed earlier. She took money and didn't wait for 2nd session giving random hotel excuse. She is named Bhagyashree MR on Truecaller. Avoid her.

Prescription is mandatory but there is a free online prescription generation feature also where your prescription is generated after a call with a doctor and you just have to bull shit the doctor on call. I am not even sure if the person on call was a doctor indeed. So all in all it was easy to get the vaccine delivered at home. I was also able to purchase the vaccine from a medical store but it was expensive comapred to online prices.
Additionally I have also consulted a urologist about HPV vaccine and wether I should get it but the consultation was not helpful as he started explaining other STDs and how I should avoid sex with multiple partners. Then later he started giving religious reasons for the same. He did not have the vaccine and said he had never given the vaccine to anyone.
Then I discussed it with a gynecologist and she said that it is absolutely fine to get HPV vaccine even if age is greater than 16 years which is the ideal time to be vaccinated for both males and females. This is also fairly common in India for gynecologist to give HPV vaccine to women even as old as 55 years of age.
Stay safe and get vaccinated.
