The sildenafil or dapox doesn't work after heavy meal. It takes very long to absorb after heavy meal. Maybe try it on empty stomach. I have tried it twice and both times on empty stomach, just half tablet, and it has worked great.

I did some research on this yesterday after reading your post about tablet not working. Apparently it's extremely rare for sildenafil drug resistance. It seems other issue, either some underlying condition or low testosterone. Get tested. If everything normal then try visiting doctor.

I used to have normal erection buy I had pe issues.

I used to have one tablet once in 3 months. I got way better erection and pe issue solved. But now. Pe is same as before erection worse. Guess like you said my body must have become immune to the medicines. Don't know what to do.

When you say it doesn't work anymore, do you mean you don't get erections or don't last long? Or is it both? If no erections then it can be libido issue. Sometimes body creates resistance to certain medications after frequent usage, maybe that's the case. Best wait for some doctor to reply.

While HIV doesn't spread through saliva, others like gonorrhoea, chlamydia and herpes do spread through saliva (or oral to genital contact).
