I agree with you in toto, this is the right strategy and works for me too. Anyone who hints at platonic or virtual should be eliminated. There is some kissing / touching / PDA on our dates, at the platonic stage. If she does not want that I'm not interested. Not wanting to be seen with me in public is also a deal breaker.
If her body language shows she's not into me, I end it.

I'd like someone who wants something from me other than money (like job or internship leads, or help with admission etc).
Money is a necessary but not sufficient condition, but I look at what I pay as pocket money for her time. I'm not going to bid for her or negotiate a price.

I agree with your point but this case seems different.

Starting with casual hangouts and slowly progressing towards intimacy seems reasonable. However, investing 40-50 k in 5-6 dates with no physical interaction, not even kissing or hugging & its just for her company without any emotional or physical connection, is difficult to justify. Spending that much to build comfor & then only to realize it's all about her luxury lifestyle, doesn't feel right. I'd prefer to use that money to help those who are in genuine need or donate to orphanage than entertaining her luxurious lifestyle LOL & anyway I think she is just trying to find if there is really someone who can give her 40-50 k in a month for platonic arrangements.
