I think these WGs once on SA will increase the rates.

My advice. Better to negotiate well below 10 k.

I was in touch with an SA girl (Austere) in Bangalore. She asked to meet for lunch first which she then postponed to an evening hangout. She is quite friendly and likes to talk about her experiences. Had food, shared a few good laughs and left. She messaged me later that night to arrange for the meet the next day. I was staying in a star property at MG Road. I didn't chase as that wasn't my budget.

It happens most often, If you mailed support they will activate it after a week or so.

Finally SA support reverted back. Account was restored. Made the payment. All set to fish now. Thank you fellow brothers for your feedback and suggestions.
