I have recently shifted to Surat and looking for some good action. Visited a spa cum brothel serving Thai food in vesu area at 1500/ shot /30 min to be paid at counter and nothing inside. However, since it was crowded I just asked rates. Counter guy told that spa is open till 4 in the morning.

That's something you need to explore yourself. Unless the girl lists herself publicly (which Surat girls don't), you have to find and convert your own women.
