LaCelestina is the largest agency in Bogota and have relatively good looking ladies too so it is hard to eliminate them though I agree it is not cool that they send another girl whoever is available. May be the alternative is to tell them when contacting them that unless the very same lady in pictures is send I will refuse the lady with no payment. That way they think twice before doing the bait and switch. Let's start out with the positive, since the negative is killing it, Bogota isn't as cold as its painted out to be. I could walk around in jeans and a shirt. The second, it didn't feel dangerous in my barrio, Calle 95 esquina Carrera 14. I took a walk to the pharmacy and walked around in the bar area close to Lalos.

First club to visit, Lalos: It felt / was dead and I managed to pay 105 000 for a vodka and Redbull.

Bogota hotels are security conscious, especially in the northern tourist areas. They tend to pay attention to who comes and goes. Maybe they won't notice one prepago, but if you're planning on a steady stream of women, they will definitely notice. It doesn't matter if you pay for 6 rooms, claiming 2 people in each room, the hotel is still going to check Identification of anyone who comes to visit. I think (but am not going to look it up right now) it's the law.

What the other guy means is that you need to ask the hotel about their guest policy. You should do that before you pay for the reservation. You can call or send an email. Just ask "what is your hotel's policy regarding guests?

You will get one of these answers:

1. We do not allow additional guests. Only people registered for the room are allowed.

I always find a cheap apartment on airbnb near Santa Fe. Around $25. Nice apartments and no BS hassles with hotels.
