They specifically talk about working with the US / other countries to forbid anyone with a bad past involving underage and / or sexual crimes. I think that's great, however, they also pointed out that they will be denying entry to those they deem as sex tourists. If you are careful with who you invite and where you stay, there is not a 'high chance' you will get drugged and robbed with any girl you take back. I would not say this is a mistake. You should expect it in your case in MDE. You can ask her to show you why it costed 15 mil or even just tell her you would only pay what you see on your app. 27 is very old by Medellin standard.
