I knew there were some Spanish experts out there.

Based on my experience, when a Chica says, Dale Dale Dale, they want to be pounded hard and fast!

    Downtown street scene

I was in Medellin for 2 weeks in September, then went to the coast for nearly 2 weeks, then again 2 weeks in Medellin. Anyway, on the first part of my trip, I wan't too impressed by the downtown streetwalkers scene. I wasn't interested in any chica in Plaza Botero or the surroundings, and the chicas on the hooker bar street nearby (Carrera 53 between Calle 51 and 52) really didn't interest me.

But on my return to Medellin, especially in the last few days of my trip my opinion of the area changed. Firstly, you have to spend some more time there, don't just judge it on one pass. On the last couple of days I made several passes on Carrera 53 in the late afternoon and saw at least a few chicas who were good looking and my type (curvy !). Seems to get a lot busier with more chicas after 4 PM. Likewise on the next street, Carrera 52 between Calle 51 and 52, I saw a couple of young busty and good looking young Venezuealans on my last day, a brunette and a blonde. After playing 'eeny meny miny moe' for a while I decided on the brunette, and took her to a motel on the same street. She cost 40 k, the motel was 12 K. She had a stunning natural rack, her service was OK but nothing special.

I suppose my change in attitude to the area was that I first visited there after only having been in Medellin for a few days in September, whereas my second trip back was after having been in Colombia for 6 weeks, so I was a lot more relaxed and confident in my surroundings. I still didn't see any decent chicas in Plaza Botero though. As it was my last day and I was off to the airport just a few hours later, I suppose I was being a bit reckless as there were all kinds of dodgy people about and cops all over the place. But I had fun and stayed safe ! When I come back, I won't hesitate to take a chica from that area to a motel if I feel like it.

I don't know if there are other streets around there with chica bars like Carrera 53, if there are please enlighten me and I'll check them out when I return! Likewise other parks which I may have missed.

Okay, da is 2nd person singular (affirmative) imperative, dé is 3rd person imperative. So yeah for sure, "da me lo, Papi!" is 'give it to me, Daddy!' But "dale!" means give it to him or her. I stand by my (Freudian) interpretation of the subconscious of the girl who yells "dale!" when she's getting pounded (esp. doggystyle). It's not "go ahead". That's the point.

Show more caution? You are asking about a date. You are not saying come over here and let me fuck yohr brains out for money.

Uhhh. You are not the only reader of this thread and most people that read this thread probably can not say hola or know what it means. So it was done for the advantage of those who may not have as good of a grasp on the language as some others may have, and not for you personally.

I'm sure you doing alright how you doing but if you are curious keep at it they will respond, one thing I did is look for recent post if all the photos got 2016 obviously they not very active. I been searching setting up for a trip in November and I got maybe like 10-20 friends in Medellin super easy. Slid in the DM got many responses few even gave the WhatsApp and I'm not on the soil yet. If you Spanish is pasable you should be good to go. P.S. Even if they ordinary they might be ready to earn some "extra " . I was talking to one on messenger today says she is a nurse I asked because she has photos in scrubs with what looks like coworkers.

And that type of body isn't typical of a Medellin chica either. Having seen thousands in my month in Medellin, if I have to generalise they are on the short side, with smallish tits, ass on the large side, chubby and pretty ! Are you being serious right now? Surely you did not miss the only point of his post, which was a response to a question that you had about chicks not responding, not responding in a timely manner, and giving short responses.

Nothing about his post was advising you that you should want to do this particular girl that he used as an example. It is like seeing an advertisement for floor wax and saying but my walls are not tan like the ones in that house. But then again this is the same guy that was asking how to take a taxi at an airport.

    Trip Planning

So I have been a long forum watcher and decided to sub so I can contact members. I am planning to travel to Medellin, Cartagena, and Bogota in January. I have about 2 and half weeks of vacation. I have a few questions regarding staying and traveling around the city. I am not sure the best place to post this because I plan to travel to all 3 popular cities. This trip is more of seeing which one I prefer the most and then make it a destination for future visits.

    1. Is it better to stay at Airbnb or get a hotel once I land? Which option is cheaper? And do you have suggestion as to hotels with guest friendly within walking distance in Med, Cart, and Bog?

    2. Regarding to facebook chicas, when should I start building the list and starting to message them? Going to try Tinder too and see.

Going to try a bit of everything, SW, facebook, casas, parque, club, infamous clock tower, etc this time. If there are people in the area willing to show me around when I land, I would really appreciate it. I will definitely reaching out to a few forum members for more info.

They did recently add a stupid shit thread to Medellin so what would be the big deal in doing this?

I see a benefit to all members by doing this, but most posters don't appear to think it's necessary. Anyone else agree?
Have to say I reluctantly agree. I appreciate all the advice I have got on this thread, but there is so much chat about so many unrelated topics (Facebook, diseases, banks to use, credit cards etc) that you can read back 20 pages and not get anywhere, if they don't happen to cover what you're looking for. A Facebook thread would be a good idea to start with.

What have you been writing to them saying? What are you expecting them to say back? Don't make too much science and theory out of it when it is really very simple. Click on the chick and send her a massage saying Estas disponible para hacer una cita? Are you available for a date? That is the same way I do it on the webpages. Don't make brain surgery out of picking up a hooker.

That is NOT a 3rd person singular, it's the IMPERATIVE of "dar". The common meaning of "dale" is GO AHEAD, or OK!, exactly as "dai!" in Italian. It is as common as HOLA.

Consequently, the exact meaning would be "give (it) to him (her)". "Dale el dinero" doesn't mean "go ahead the money". You might hear the phrase at a racetrack, "Dale, dale! as instructions to the jockey, or colloquially simply "Go, go ahead!" to the horse . So, the girl in question is actually saying "Give it to her, Give it to her! Instead of the more grammatically correct "da me lo!" I'm hardly the expert on Spanish grammar. But, I would point out that the is the 3rd person of dar which also includes you-formal and it is also the conjugation used for commands.

So, Dale. Means (to me) "Go for it" kind of as an imperative or command. I'm open to correction (of course).

They Understand Dale, But Prefer Vamos

To be honest, from experience, Colombians understand Dale when you say it in the right moment but they really just use Vamos or Ahora. Its basically the same thing when talking to a puta. It is also wayyy less complicated than ya'll spending a thread discussing Dale.

All that needs to be done is:

    Monger: Cuanto?

Hoe: (Number. Usually 50 k or less for SW's).

Monger: 40 Mil Pesos, esta bien? (always negotiate, but be reasonable).

    Hoe: Bien. Esta Bien.

Monger: Vamos! Or Dale! Or ahora! (or you can even say "okay", they understand that trust me).

That's it. She will lead your ass to her favorite quickie spot and guess what fellows? They get a kick-back after the date for taking you to that spot. There is an agreement in place. The basic idea is that they know you are there for pussy and she is trying her best to facilitate your money into her purse. Dale, Vamos, Ahora allll work in the same capacity. Shit. I would say all three in a roll. No confusion there.

'Go ahead' is the figurative translation, literal translation is 'give it. ' Dar is to give, LE make it's third person.

You can you use it too, if girls are shy getting down to business, tell them 'tu dale'.

Another example of this is, on occasion I have had Chicas say to me, "Dale Dale Dale "when I am banging them when they are trying to reach orgasm. This is a good thing to hear!
