Correct me if I'm wrong but I think folks said all the girls there use $200 USD as a baseline for pricing. Obviously they are sharing information just like we do, but how did they come up with $200? Somehow the belief has spread that gringos are willing to pay $200 for some booty in Medellin? Not trying to understand or figure these hoes out LOL. I say let the markets work. If the prices are too high they will soon go out of business. If you read this Board there is plenty of warning. Guys are going there of their own free volition with plenty of information.

I definitely agree with Mr. E in a lot of ways. But I get the other angle. What some would consider a rookie mistake could be I'm OK with it price to others. It's all about supply and demand. He is not the only one willing to pay this price. $200 was fair to him based on the situation he was in. Everyone should have a magic number in their head that they are willing to pay. And they invented Colombian Pesos so it could be used as a standard within the borders of that country. Let's say the average monthly wage where you live is $3000. Imagine if you were back home selling dick. A chick came up to you and asked how much for some dick. You probably could not keep a straight face if you told her $2000. Unless you were a professional hustler, it would be much easier to tell her that same price in a currency that was FOREIGN to you, same as those chicks in Gusto's do. They know mfs in Colombia make 800,000 pesos/month. There is no way they could tell you 600,000 pesos and be serious.

When I go to Tijuana, Mexico the street girls give a price of $20. I say but I have pesos. They say 200 pesos then. At this very moment the exchange rate of USD to Mexican Pesos is 19.08. So when I now pay 200 pesos instead of the $20 originally asked for, I am actually paying $10.48. See how that works?

Nobody is trying to talk down or talk bad. We understand there is a learning curve in mongering and it is just one of the tricks to the trade. Only discuss transactions in local currency.
