I had planned to visit Energy spa but decided to take the crap shoot known as web-page girls. Picked Melissa from webpage below. You can google her number to find more pics of her from other sites. As luck would have it she is very close to my hotel on la 70. Same building as secret spa, Carrera 70 a 43-48 in building Edificio Huatipan Apt #1102. She quoted me 150 k HR which I know more than likely is an up-sell from 130 k for locals. Built in tip. She was exactly as her pics minus the tattoos which she has a bunch. Nice blanca, all natural from Pasto and very pretty IMHO. DATY was fantastic, fresh sweet honey pot. Room is sparse but with shower, towels, communicate via whatsapp. I plan to visit her again before I leave.

Once she started working at Fase it is no surprised she got spoiled, basically only Colombian high rollers are going to hang out there.

She did quote me a ridiculous high figure to spend a day with me, Parque Arvi, dinner, my hotel etc. (she wanted 300 k for the hotel time and 200 k a HR for the park / dinner etc. LOL. I told her it was 500 k or never mind and she took it. I actually got two days out of it cause we got soaked at Parque Arvi so she caught a bus home from there and then came back the next day for dinner and fun. (which I was a little surprised she didn't blow me off as she already had the $).

My daily budget on vacation is usually around $200 a day for girls so I didn't mind $166 for 2 days company from a very cute chick whom I get along with. Hate to think what that would have run from a pro in the US.

I was texting a chica this week getting ready for my up coming trip. Beautiful 21 year old I found last year. Now she is asking for $600 K for 1 1/2 hours. Doubled from a year ago. She must have gotten really spoiled by someone. I don't mind spending a little more to get what I want, but I won't get ridiculous.

I go to foreign countries to monger, I usually have a good idea of what the going rate is when I go. I always like the girls to be happy with the arrangement, it usually brings better service in my opinion. That being said, I have seen the prices climb in Medellin. I was texting a chica this week getting ready for my up coming trip. Beautiful 21 year old I found last year. Now she is asking for $600 K for 1 1/2 hours. Doubled from a year ago. She must have gotten really spoiled by someone. I don't mind spending a little more to get what I want, but I won't get ridiculous.

And don't get a minimum of 8 hours, they are taking you through the ringer. That's nearly half a months salary my friend. But spend it like you choose. I know many on the board are just shooting the breeze and getting by on the SSI checks. I have found 2 reliable sources on the board and they have lined me up with more girls than I stand to see. I'm not paying $600 k for a girl in Colombia, not when I can see 20 girls for that same rate in the Vera cruz area of centro. Pollo negro is out!

I'm back in Medellin after more than a year. Staying at Hotel Villa Real on la sententa a block from Metro station Estadio. Very economical place, like 70 k pesos a night but I'm close to centro via Metro and the spas like Tantra, Secret, Energy and Blue. Abydos use to be on the list but was closed the last time I was here. Since everyone is on the pricing and tip theme I can say from my perspective prices are going up. Tantra is, for today anyway, 135 k pesos for an hour of full service. I like these Laureles spas as they have better ambiance and I just feel safer walking around that area. I agree that tipping by gringos makes many of the girls kinda "expect" it regardless of service given. I personally give 10 k to the spa chicas en laureles when the service was good and she had a smile on her face and "pretended" to enjoy her time with me. None of us are going to be able to prevent others from paying what they want. They can read on this board what are the normal prices but in the end many I feel just want to show off. Buts its their money and I can still find more chicas than I could possible utilize at my price point.

Tantra had a nice selection today, about 7 girls of different shapes and colors. I enjoyed a petite one and she gave me an enthusiastic BJ which earned her the 10 k tip. I really enjoy the patio bar in the back of the house. You can chill and have a drink with a girl before deciding. The rooms are nice and spacious. Mongering is a luxury not a need whereas on the other end of it the girl is probably in desperate need.

Colombia is not like DR or other poor countries that welcome people like us. As soon as we get off the airplane they know we came to fuck their women and they don't welcome that.

My point is spending a little extra can only help but being too frugal and cheap can cause problems at the wrong place.

Unless you get off the plane wearing a shirt that says "I came here to pay women for sex" they have no idea why you're in Colombia and most people couldn't care less. Unless you're being a complete ass, nearly everyone will treat you politely. However, showing a bit of discretion is a good idea.

I personally believe in tipping, reasonably and where appropriate. In a casa, if service met my expectations, I'll give 10 - 20 k. I won't however, pay for extras. Chances are the BJ, covered or not, won't be worth an extra 40 - 50 k, so why pay?

To me, even 300 K for 1. 5 hour is way overpriced. She just became more overpriced in the last year. Crazy that someone will pay this.

The thing I like to do the best if you remember is get all leftovers to go when we ate and find some poor old lady or old man begging on the street and give them the bag of food. You don't have to look far in Centro. Or that guy on Maracaibo up by Juinin walking street who has no legs.

And most of the people were so friendly to us. I'm just amazed that there seems to be such a disliking to tipping. You would have to give out 130 tips at 2000 mil pesos to give away a $100 bucks. The quality of these girls and their willingness to please, is just perfect for me! To each his or her own!

Take wolf for example, my first time in Medellin, I learned a lot from Wolf. I watched how he moved, how he interacted with people and how people responded. I notice that whenever we went out, he kept a wad of 2 mil pesos. When we were in the clubs he kept a wad of 2 mil pesos, everywhere we went, he kept a wad of 2 mil pesos. I noticed how grateful the streetwalkers, bums, door attendants were when he passed out these 2 mil pesos. Went back and did my math, yep, he was giving out about $0. 70 cents. Now we are on the board talking about how Americans drive up the price of everything.
