Go to the Geylang area. It is famous for its girls. You will be dazzled by the variety, some say better than Bangkok. I had two of them some time ago. I've heard they have "cleaned up" the place a bit recently but I'm sure you will still find action. Go there after 6. 30 or so, that is when the action begins. Orchard Tower and Brix under Hyatt are two good pick up points. Orchard Tower has few pick up bars in the same building and be careful of the shemales around that building. There are plenty of them on the road so watch out for the body signals of she males. Brix on an average is much better pick up quality.

Go to these places. Talk to the gals. Don't waste too much on drinks and negotiate well. Rates come down around 2 am but rest of night is left after that on a weekday. I have had 200 SGD for full night from orchard and 250 SGD from Brix for supreme quality. Apparently there are some famous incall places as well but I have not tried them.
