Since 3 days all the Thai spa are not operational in kammanhalli area, anyone else notice this. Looks like a massive crackdown on Thai spa.

After seeing multiple reports about Shalom in "Aircraft characteristics testing facility" road, beside Old airport road. I visited them on 2nd Jan. It was closed. When asked none of the below small shop workers were responding properly. Spa was operating for more than 7 years, but suddenly now it is not open on a mid of the day.

After a gap of week, called their another branch in northern part of the city, which I got through their official website. Asked about Old airport branch. She said it will be closed for some more time and not sure, when it will be opened. Looks like something happened and LE closed it forever.

She clearly told that you can come to this branch. We will give best massage, but there will not be any services as LE are doing checking regularly.

Most of the news gets suppressed when a start property is involved as high people have stakes in these properties (most star properties are a JV).

I mean whosoever thinks if a sp is operating from a Star hotel is safe its not I meant in this case it's Leela hotel and if you would Google a star hotel opp Kanteerva stadium got into news.

I have a friend working in this hotel industry and he said most of the time when LE comes they have solid proof and they take high amount to settle the matter with hotel management so it's not in news.

It's a misunderstanding. Leela Palace which is 5 star wasn't raided, rather a small hotel called Leela Park was raided.

Also January usually is high point for raids in my opinion -new year, new understanding and new negotiations.

On what basis did you conclude that 5 stars are not safe please? What was there in the link? I'm unclear of your rationale, might you producer concrete anecdotal evidence? Whilst I agree that the regular shit places are under the lens now, upscale ones and the 5 stars should still be safe options AFAIC. What do you think guys?

Buddy it was Leela Park which got raided and not Leela Palace. Leela Park is part of Fabhotel. Basically a small hotel.
