Bro, Did I mention that I asked for FS in the first visit itself or were you there inside when I asked.

I personally felt that the rooms are too badly maintained, Used paper and covers everywhere. It's not a spa just a place with room. It's manned by 3 or 4 guys in reception.

I have visited almost 100 spa till date and I won't call pure harmony as a spa by seeing it's interiors. When I asked they told they don't have anyone by name Nisha as mentioned in your FR.

Any regulars or mongers near the place can rectify it I am wrong.

Apologies If I am straight to point. I don't want to hurt or argue here. Just want to request please share genuine feedback so that it will be helpful to have good experience for the money we spent.

I understand the WG report can vary based on personal chemistry. But atleast keep it real for other things.
