Most probably the person is doing this with many he won't risk his source of income for one person. WA chats prove nothing anyway.

If something like this happens next time try to make the person write on chat asking for money. Tell them that you are ready to send money and ask for bank account number. If they give one number tell them it's not working and ask for another. More information they give more they have risk of exposure. When you have enough information tell them that you tried but it is not working as you are not getting OTP. Let them get frustrated and then block them saying do whatever you want I have already talked with someone in LE.

Use telegram instead of WA or use doosara app.
