I had mongering experience in 3 out of 4 metro / capitals in all 4 corners in India. But never found such a cheat mentality as these providers here. In Mumbai, where I have a decade of experience, found the style is much straight forward, you give money, I give service. Happy, come back again. Straight business. New Delhi is mid way.
