Try doing Kegel floor workouts. You can find plenty of tutorials on YT. Helped me get a lot of control when inside.

Also two suggestions, try jerking off before meeting the girl. Helps you last longer.

If not in Bangalore the spa would have been closed down due to its worst cleanliness. The worst I could say that I visited in my total mongering experience.
