Just the other day, I had some limited time, so I decided to go to Skinny Zindagi Spa at K-halli gate. This was not my first option, due to earlier disappointments (see my previous FRs). I was keen on trying out therapists other than Miss Quiet-mita. I called ahead and asked for cooperative therapists and extras on the phone. The receptionist on call started playing dumb and said "what extras". I didn't feel like telling exactly what I wanted over call, so I said that last time I got limited extras, and this time I wanted more. She continued to play dumb and asked "what do you mean more". Finally she said that you come, we'll see. My time and patience was wearing thin, so despite all these red flags, went ahead anyway.

Turns out, I was speaking to Miss Quietmita all this while, about how I didn't get enough from her last time! She was the only one available at the time, others were busy. Paid counter charges of INR 1600 (tried to negotiate for INR 1500, but she didn't budge). Was taken to the room, which was average. She then started teasing me and asking me about last time, about what I wanted, that she didn't provide. I am a direct person, so I said that there were a lot of nakhras last time, for what has been historically standard service in that spa. I put it in a polite way, and I don't think she held it against me. Massage started on the back, and it was below average. Chit-chatted a little bit about what all services the pre-COVID therapists used to provide. I told her some cock and bull story about me falling in love with a pre-COVID therapist, and how she left for her hometown without telling me, leaving me devastated. LOL. Currently contemplating catching a domestic flight to Delhi to do a bit of Mongering, since I monger in Bangalore very rarely, due to the ridiculous prices here for sub-standard quality. If anyone has any other ideas, feel free to share.

Here is my take on Five star Spa. I been visiting this place ever since a favorite masseuses of mine shifted to this place. They got best girls in town. Well trained, well mannered, ready to please you types. Are they expensive? Yes a tad bit. I pay 5 K+ inside but my experience was always been first class. I believe negotiating too much with providers generally take away the best experience. For me, hygiene of the place and the person is very important. Especially no mouth or body odour etc. I keep myself clean and expect the other party to do the same (Thats why Bips and Apsara are my favourite). Paying that extra buck get me a proper GFE. DFK, BJ, some cuddles, B2B and sometimes a CIM and finally a bath together.

Risk Factor: I do feel this place is a ticking time bomb. They could have kept this place a little low key. The narrow lift / stairs and exit / entry makes you feel nervous at first and in case of something blow out of proportion you will be stuck inside for sure.
