From your description, there's a good chance it is molluscum contagiosum. You can identify them as they are pearly white bumps and will have a slight dent in the middle. Google this and check. If it is molluscum, it can easily spread to other parts of your body by scratching or touching the white discharge. Best would be to get it removed by a doctor.

You can also remove it yourself using a sterilized needle and some disinfectant. But you'll have to dig into the skin a bit as the virus is embedded deep in the skin.

This can stay for years if left untreated. Is not dangerous, but can spread to others very easily through sexual contact.
