Hi all,

I am taking Ashwaganda for stress and sleep for the past two months. I found it effective for my stress and sleep. But surprisingly my libido started to shoot up high. I am in late 40's but my libido is high in early morning with strong erection. So to divert myself I started to do exercise in the morning which I normally do during the evenings. Thank you for the advice. I have planned to stop it by this month end. Taking just one capsule on alternative days. First two months I took one capsule on daily basis before sleep. Initially I got gastritis while using a famous Mountain named brand. After that I went for another brand which is quite ok.
