I have always felt Mumbai (and india) is overpriced for our hobby going by the price per unit value equation (though I have had exceptions admittedly). A decent private scoring 6 to 7 on a scale of 10 is being quoted for north of 5k for 1 hr and many of them have issues on doing this or that. Put in a broker and the margins go up higher.
