What is stopping you from visiting NL in South Mumbai. Get off at Prarthana Samaj or walk from Charni Road railway station asking Tom Dick and Harry to where is Harkisondas Hospital (RTFF for directions here). From there walk around to find the lane. Navalkar Lane. If I am around, you will find spot a guy wearing a prominent blue cap me at the bus-stop on the hospital end not the Prarthana Samaj end, mind. For 14 k, you would have had a completely different impression about Mumbai. I wonder if would have had the guts to refer me to any contacts in Chennai after your experiences at NL!

Spa: AT Spa in monkey Opp. A famous sports club.

I went with my wife today afternoon. She chose this spa as she wanted to try this famous chain. Once a month, she needs a genuine massage as she has some aches and pains. She doesn't mind me taking extras in our joint monthly excursion.

Spa itself has a decent ambience. They have two rooms on ground floor behind the reception and a couple of rooms more on the 1st floor. No doors. Only curtains.

Staff is completely NE. We were assigned adjoining rooms on the ground floor. You can easily hear between the rooms even if you talk softly. My therapist put the towel on and started the massage. That is the best one man can do for anybody. But at NL you have nothing to fear. The SPs are the kindest and the cleverest you can find anywhere in the world.
