Last time I was in Mumbai I came across a small chain of spas who's name started with a "be" was on the first floor of a shopping mall, next to a Thai foot spa. The malls name starts and ends with the same letter and has a similar name to a symbol ∞ in mathematics and is near to city mall. The spa had a salon at the front and cabins at the rear.

The massage was in a good quality cabin, the doors had windows with a sliding panel to cover. LE's are very much aware of each and every mongering activity happening. They just turn a blind eye, because the SP or the owners of the mongering den, support the LEs from time to time. When there is pressure from the top, that is when they go about and raid places, or when the SP or the operator refuses to pay up. Mongering is not a secret, but the mood of the LE is. You never know when shit hits the fan.

Secondly, I suggest to all newbies to get a paid subscription, its quite cheap compared to what you will end up wasting following wrong leads, and going to wrong places.
