You can PM me for the contact I've reverted everyone. Ahead of Lokhandwala school from Mein road there's a small right which goes straight inside till the end. The building in the end has a shop with white blank board. MP doesn't have any name what so ever. Mind you place is small. Been noticing increased LE activities in Spas and also SB's. It seems more tougher times are coming ahead. The other day happenned to be passing by Dahisar, and noticed few more bars have faced BMC's bulldozers. Don't know if this kind of activity conducted is to remove the extra spaces that the SB's have occupied (Extended front portions), or was it because they wanted to rid the area from SB's.

Whatever they may be, Its best to tread safe, and stay away from SB's for some time.

Been also researching about mongering laws in the country, and have only managed to get a fair idea. Maybe my research was not good enough. Would urge seniors to throw some light into the this.

Few months ago, I stumbled upon an article which stated that running a show (SP's Den's Etc) and forcing someone into the trade was illegal, but being a customer was not. Somehow cannot find that article. But one article I checked out yesterday states that apparently there is a section 5 A in the IPC which goes against us all. But when you search for details on that law, we cannot get any results.

Maybe someone can enlighten all of us, so that we know our rights, and also know what can be done if caught in a situation.

According to me it is not the law but the heat of the moment is important. Normally if you are caught they will let you go with some fine or bribe. But if you try to teach them law, they are capable of booking you under any clause you may not be aware of. BTW all PSIs undergo some law training and they know how to misuse it. You finally may come out w / o any serious charges etc. But it will cause you mental and financial pain. One day I was sitting in car with my GF in a lonely spot at Airoli. We were just chatting. I just kept my hand on her shoulder and that moment 2 cops came on bike and asked me to get out. Each one talked to me and my GF separately and tried to verify the info. Luckily our version was same. But still they took us to near police stn. Then they have a typical approach. They ask you to call home and ask you family to come. They also threatened that they will put us in lockup and tomorrow we will have to go to court. The problem here only was GF was much younger to me and we were in a wrong place in the late evening. I kept my head cool and kept pursuing that we were not doing anything wrong so please let us go. After a long discussion one of the PSI asked me how much money do I have. Ahh I thought that was the turning point. I had 7 K on me. I told them frankly. But the other guy was not budging. He went to police station and got some form to be filled up. Again lot of negotiations and finally they agreed for the fine and free arrangement. I gave them 7 K and that angel gave me 1 k back. And we were free.

So my advice. Try love first and not Law.

"LE in general are very good at reading your face and action when you are coming face to face with them, So the first rule is to keep your cool and not get startled. Second rule is to, not to argue but be submissive. Third rule is to, after some negotiations to talk about money you can shell out. Try not to bring out the subject of money on your own. Fourth rule is that the LE is not interested in teaching you a lesson but he is interested in extracting what ever is possible from you. It is very easy to say to keep your cool but you can give it a good try, because that is going to save you and your Jhonny. Cheers and happy mongering and avoid getting into a awkward situation in the first place. Keep all your senses in alert mode and don't through caution to winds.

After a long break I (formerly my handle was utd1980) decided to head back to NL. Had a nice time at 1 b1 f with MILF Kajal.
