These places are clusters of brothels. They have certain pimps (called SP here) who will solicit you on the road and depending on your requirement / budget, will take you to the relevant brothel. You decide the girl. Negotiate the price. Pay up. And then enjoy. That simple.

Yup, both NL and CH are safe places. Although I do not carry any IDs on me like license, credit cards and such. Also I do not carry my cell phone with me. Just the cash estimated for the task at hand and car keys. Rest everything safely kept in the car boot. I do this just for the sake of precaution though and there is nothing wrong about safety of these places.
