Haha. You made me laugh out loud dude. I used to visit RR more than regularly. That place is lost and one of my least preferred places now. The bad experience starts right at the time of making call. They start showing their attitude. I never understood what their attitude is for. They talk and behave as if people don't have alternatives or as if people are desperate. They need to understand they are into hospitality business where being courteous is the most important.

Coming to the therapists, the less said the better. They are much worse than the counter guys. You talk about respect for therapists, I would say first they should learn to respect their customers.
