dude..i think you are reffering to kamathipura/falkland areas in south bombay.

there you could find girls standing in the doorways miles long and in the streets walking around. its a hub for cheap f**ck..mostly visited by low income folks in the city. though you could find gems around, but you need to know the place.

i'm not sure if its unsafe, inregard to safety but disease wise it could be but during the dance bars days, most of women came from here. the place is dirty from outside, but once you get into the hut, its normal.
