You would need to enable the intentional payment on your card using mobile app or net banking. It should go through post that. This is a new restriction from RBI.

I managed it easily.

I have HDFC both Master and Visa and even Amex it is still failing on SA all my other international transactions go through! When I got verification call from HDFC and I asked why are you declining this payment?
