Well there is a saying that you don't need to be a model to look good. There are tons of good looking girls who are not models. But they have different profession. In that case if your only goal is to find good looking girls, this whole proposal seems time waste without any result. There are many SP who supply models. I suggest you find that alternative.

The kinkiest business proposition I have ever come across. To invest in a photography studio of a mongers friend so he may provide us with model contacts to bed when he is successful.

It's much cheaper to print visiting cards or make a website as a talent casting manager and source these willing birds directly. All the best to your friend though.

I doubt its so easy to food birds like that, the point is to get high end contacts through these girls.
