Building 10 is just beside Building 10 A. There are two buildings 10 A and 10 B. One is third class and other is heaven. I don't know about your seniority or mongering exp but in my opinion, Building 10 has the best assets in SG and Building 10 is the most pricy too.

I too often used 2 condoms thinking it will give me more safety. But recently I learnt in a science magazine that it is FR more risky as 2 condoms rub against each other during sex and deteriorate each others quality causing more risk. You can check it yourself in internet. Anyway I am using only one condom now.
