In Kolkata its hard to find quality Afros like Delhi. Also they cost almost 3-4 times higher in Kolkata. So better to avoid.

Friend of mine rented flat / apartment in New Town area but he found it quite a bit far but again he said, other residents were less nosy their compared to his last apartment in Salt Lake City. Definitely more privacy than hotel for sure. I would start exploring through AirBNB as prices are half compared to star hotels. Once you find the right location, start exploring local apartment renting sites. Hopefully you will find the right place you are looking for.

Unsure about ITC but these are the following hotels found to be guest friendly.

1. Taj Bengal. Must book for 2 and no guest after 9 pm.

2. The Oberoi Grand. Must Book for 2 (didn't say any time frame).

3. Hyatt Regency. Must book for 2, register the guest temporarily with ID (didn't say any time frame).

I have been a regular visitor of Kolkata but never knew the way to get good girls for spending some quality time. Had tried once from TOI ad, though the girl was attractive, tall and very beautiful but had to spend a lot for her. So next time when visited Kolkata tried MP but never liked the experience though the girls were good but somehow, had the tension in the back of my mind don't know what it was.
