May be this has been discussed before but since I am new I will bring it up. Kolkata Police occasionally raid Massage Parlor. They charge the manager, the service provider and the clients with Indian Penal Code, Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Does anyone know how long it takes to get bail and how long can the case drags on. If anyone has any insight please shed some light on this newbie.

It is better to know before getting caught so I am little bit prepared. Also if you would like to share the number of any good experienced lawyer please PM me.

I recently went to Fairfield and they were cool about it. Had to give ID proof for both and that's all. They also had day booking which is comparatively cheaper to overnight stay.
