Bldg 10 (new) is 5300/ ST, that is the standard rate. Except the famous Manisha (She is worth the price) - 1st floor left side 1st room, I don't find anyone else interesting. It is one of the super premium building, most of the girls in other buildings dream of moving in to that building so that they can charge more. We took one more girl named Sonia in the top floor (Terrace 1st room), she was OK type nothing special.

Yes your doubts are correct. It's more a hype. There's plenty of buildings and gals starting from range of 1100 for an hour and service will be equally good depending on how well you connect with the gal.
