Please refrain from taking their services. Being in service industry they cannot be so arrogant. We are paying for the service at 83 per minute, which should not be more than 60.

Then you cannot afford to be taken for granted in terms of service quality or be it the quality of facilities.

It's time they should realise. The total hike I guess is pocketed by the owner, without even maintaining the place in condition.
