The Park is perfectly safe and you can be sure that there will be no raid or something. It's been going on for a long time and believe me every Hotel Staff working with Housekeeping etc knows about it.

Here is what you do. Enter the hotel from the main road (the same entrance for the Cafe, "The Street") the security will ask a tick-mark question as to where you want to go, just say Spa, restaurant, Gym, reception etc. Then you walk straight, past the cafe, cross the reception and then take right, you'll find elevators and stairs there with some signs mentioning "Restaurants 1st Floor" etc. Call up your SP. He will usually ask you to climb two flights of stairs and wait by the pool. He will meet up with you from there and then take you to the room, there you make the payment and the rest will follow.

Hope this serves as a Walkthrough / Tutorial.

The Park has the reputation as a "Fun Hotel" with lots of Foreigner and Pubs and Nightclubs in the vicinity as well, so unless you are into something truly repulsive, you won't face any problem from any LE, especially in the hotel.

Back after a year and half. Seems all old contacts are gone. Do not want to venture into SG presently, though I think that's the best place for mongering.
